Government announces two years bonus for central govt employees.

Government of India has made  announcement today to clear annual bonuses for central government employees, which was pending for the past two years.
This bonus move will cost Rs 1,920 crore per annum burden on budget.
BJP government has raised the minimum wage by 42%, a significant revision since 2008, based on the revised norms.
Government also announced a hike in minimum wage for unskilled non-agricultural workers of the central government to Rs 350 a day, from the current Rs 246.
It is a great news before festival season. Also it may impact the possible trade union strike planned in future.
